As I left the office, I was noticeably more relaxed than usual with some wonderful feelings of giddiness or joy, almost euphoria. I just felt great!! These feelings continued for about the next week, and I was also sleeping very well. In addition, I felt very energized and full of motivation to get things accomplished, with none of the usual feelings of pressure when jobs start to pile up.
